Rowen Paul A. Untivero

With more than a quarter century of training and consulting experience, Rowen Untivero has successfully formed, led and been a valuable contributing member as well as coached all kinds of teams from start-ups, on-track, off-track to troubled ones; has injected science and developed original frameworks, processes and tools to practicably demystify and systematize leadership, conflict resolution, problem solving, effective coordination and smoothen communication in organizations. EDUCATION.  Graduated Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a bachelor’s degree in BS Economics, a pinned member of two prestigious international honor societies: Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society and Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences; supplemented by MBA studies in De La Salle University, an Executive Education Program on Strategic Business Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business-Illinois, USA, and the attendance to numerous seminars and conferences in sales, marketing, management, and leadership.

He is currently the Founding Director of DigiPost Marketing Inc., a narrowcasting media pioneer dealing with digital display advertising,  the President of Privilege Z!, and also the Chairman & CEO of Connecting Mavens, the business development arm of the Mansmith Group.

ACADEMIC INVOLVEMENT.  As an educator, he has taught marketing and sales subjects in Ateneo de Manila University and St. Scholastica’s College. He has been sought as speaker for numerous conventions and conferences of varied industries as well as the academe.
 
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION.  Rowen has also been director of the boards of the Advertising Board of the Philippines (ADBOARD) and Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA). He also became a trustee for the PANA Foundation. He was also twice Vice President of the Philippine Marketing.

Gary Carandang

Gary Carandang is a seasoned leader with 30 years of solid track record and experience in multinational companies. He spent most of his career working from an entry level post to executive positions in companies  such as Nestle, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Coca Cola, La Farge, CRH (Republic Cement) and Pepsi Cola. He has worked in cross cultural environments having been expatriated in Thailand and Switzerland. He also had the opportunity in joining mission assignments across South East Asian countries. He has worked in Nestle, MeadJohnsonNutrition, Coca Cola, La Farge, CRH (Republic Cement) and Pepsi Cola.

His critical work experiences in the commercial roles he had, span in the areas of Field Sales Management; Key Accounts Management; Distributor Management; Route to Market Development; Sales Operations Management; B2B Customer Management; Channel, Customer and Category Development; Marketing Management; Shopper and Trade Marketing; Sales Force Organizational Development; Strategic Planning; Project Management; Business Development; Business Transformation and Change Management; Labor Relations; Sales and Operations Planning; P&L Financial Management and General Management.  

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics Degree from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños. He is also an alumnus of the INSEAD Business School having attended the Advanced Management Program.

He specializes in the areas of General Management, Commercial and Operations Integration, with emphasis on Leadership and Team Development and Strategy Execution for Leaders, Teams and Business  Organizations

Raymund Sanchez
Senior Consultant

Raymund Sanchez is currently President & General Manager of the CMG Retail Group. He has over two and half decades of corporate experience across different industries and functional areas. Starting his career at an entry level post, he rapidly rose to positions of growing leadership responsibility while working with local and multinational companies, among them: as Country Manager of Reckitt Benckiser Philippines Inc, Sales Director – the Hershey Company Asia South ROHQ, Sales Director of Novartis Healthcare, Buying Director PilipinasMakro and Vice President of Getz Brothers Philippines Inc.

Outside of work, he is a close confidante and advisor to several pre-imminent entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. He has also been a partner of choice in helping transform family-owned businesses into professionally managed organizations. He is a regular keynote speaker at corporate events and conferences.

Raymund graduated from Silliman University with a Degree in Business Administration. He completed the Executive Development Program of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Malu Dy Buncio

Malu Dy Buncioserved as the Executive Director for Regional and Business Development for Asia Pacific under Avon Products – Asia Pacific Regional Office where she successfully opened Avon Vietnam. She was the General Manager of Avon Cosmetics, Inc. (Philippines.) when the company has received two Chairman’s Awards for exemplary business performance and the Best Employers of the Philippines Award from The Asian Wall Street Journal in partnership with Hewitt Associates and the Far Eastern Monitor. She successfully managed Avon Indonesia as the President Director, despite the worst political and economic crisis in Indonesia where she received the Chairman’s Pathfinder Award for ‘managing thru Political Crises’ in 1998.

When she was a Business Development Manager at Avon Pacific, Inc (Regional office) and Avon Products Mfg., Inc. (Philippines), she established and coached distributorships in Singapore, Brunei, Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea. She also pioneered Playtex Intimate Apparel for Avon.

Malu has been a Management and Business Consultant for some of the biggest and looked upon corporations in the country for quite sometime now. These corporations include The First Commercial Bank, Insular life, Swedish Match Corporation, the media giant ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and also, Filinvest Properties Inc.

Malu completed basic course in Interior Design at the Philippine School of Interior Design. Her educational background includes a Business Management Program at Asian Institute of Management. She graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree Majoring in Communication Arts at Assumption College where her thesis was bestowed with the Marie Eugenie Award.

All through her career, she received awards and citations for her outstanding management which include the 1999 Pathfinder Award for Unleashing Beauty from the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc. In the same year, she received the Asia Pacific Agora Award for Marketing Excellence by Philippine Marketing Association. And back in 1995 she was a Chairman’s Leadership Awardee cited by the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc.

 

Emilio "Bong" Macasaet III

Emilio “Bong” Macasaet IIIhas coached and led various teams from his successful stints in companies like Gillette, Nestle, L'Oreal, Metrolab and RFM Corporation where he was Vice President of Sales & Distribution division. He continues to help various client companies through consulting services and training programs in most parts of Asia-Pacific and Middle East. He attended executive programs at Kellogg School of Management, Singapore Institute of Management, and Burke Institute. He obtained his MBA from Ateneo De Manila University and took his Doctor in Business Administration at De La Salle Graduate School of Business where he was a former MBA professor in Distribution Management.

He is the author of two best-selling sales books, Distributor Management: Winning Tools in Managing Distributors as Partners and 6 Steps To Effective Key Account Management. Currently, he is the Chairman and CEO of FIELD PARTNERS INC., and Partner and Chief Channel Marketing Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor of marketing management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB).
